Education, and more particularly schools, are my passion. I like to understand what makes some successful and others less so. I like to see who’s innovating and how. And, of course, with three kids of my own, all at different levels of education (pre-school, secondary and tertiary), I’ve seen, read and hear a lot. But not everything. I want to share with you my thoughts and findings…and hear yours, because if there’s something better out there, I want to know about it.
The current credit crunch has presented some very special concerns with respect to the affordability and availability of education at all levels. I’ll be looking at the question of affordable education in some of my initial posts and, because a good deal is always something I’m interested in, I’ll be sharing others as the weeks go by…
